NGA has advised Melbourne business owners and family groups since 2001. Pramesh Billimoria became principal in 2025, bringing three decades of experience in private-client advice. Today, he leads a team focused on personal service and a clear understanding of each client’s affairs.

With three decades of experience, Pramesh Billimoria brings a deep understanding of complex business and family structures to his role as principal of NGA Private. He takes the time to understand the people behind those structures, listening closely to what matters to them and what they want to achieve.
His work brings together tax, structuring and business advice, helping clients make considered decisions as their circumstances evolve. Where a matter calls for specialist legal or investment advice, he helps clients find the right expertise.
Pramesh also works alongside clients’ existing accountants, lawyers and investment advisers, bringing a coordinated approach to decisions that affect their business, family and personal affairs.
